Māori Wards decision meeting to be live-streamed

A hui to reach a decision on whether to introduce Māori Wards in Rotorua will be live-streamed on Friday, 21 May 2021. The public meeting, which is due to start at midday and end at 2pm that day, will be held at the Rotorua Lakes Council.

The council confirmed the hui would be live-streamed after a request from Tatau o Te Arawa which had been contacted by a number of Te Arawa uri (descendants).
